Arlene was very helpful and sweet, especially considering we hired her within 3 weeks of the wedding. She ensured that the bride and groom we're well taken care of, she provided wait staff and communicated well with the vendors. We used Arlene and her staff for their professional wait staff service. She was the missing piece to our wedding!! Our caterer only did buffet style and did not have wait staff, however, we needed staff to pass out appetizers during cocktail hour and just help out during dinner time! I had the most difficult time trying to find staff I could trust to help. Then stepped Arlene, from the beginning she was informative, professional, and willing to help with those tasks I needed. The day of the wedding, it RAINED and everything in my timeline just flew out the window, but I saw Arlene and her staff just pivoting to make sure things still ran smoothly and continuing to work with my wedding coordinator. Just seeing how she navigated through that, I have no doubt she’s an even more amazing coordinator as well. Arlene was our day-of wedding coordinator and selecting her was the best decision we made for our event. She was easy to communicate with, transparent about costs, and made herself easily available to us. She quickly caught up with what our needs were and kept us on track finalizing last minute details. She was extremely professional throughout the entire process. For reference, we had a traditional Mexican Catholic church service and our reception involved ~200 guests. She kept both of our large families on track during the rehearsal, and made sure the reception stayed on schedule as well- even helping us pivot last minute with some plans due to the extreme summer heat. Our wedding venue was extremely difficult to work with and there was a lot of panic/stress behind the scenes, but having Arlene's full support navigating vendors kept us sane. Our guests would never have guessed the issues we had behind the scenes and we are forever grateful to Arlene for this. Our only regret is not finding her sooner and booking her for the full wedding planning service! Petaluma, CA 

Arlene was incredible from our very first meeting and she really helped put my fears to ease. I hired Arlene as the Day of Coordinator, but she was so open to questions way before the day of the wedding. We had several meetings and calls. I was also able to message her whenever and she was so amazing at responding. She got to the venue for the dress rehearsal, and we were able to walk through what was where and who was bringing things. She did a great job at keeping things flowing. My biggest concern was making sure that someone knew when and where things were happening, and she did just that! Arlene and I made the day of the timeline together and on the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about anything. She was so calm and patient and if she was ever concerned about anything at all she definitely did not show it. Everything went perfectly from my perspective and all of it was her and the other vendors working so well together. She reached out to all my vendors and made sure they were there at the time they were supposed to be. I 110% recommend hiring her for your events because she is so amazing, punctual, and caring. You won’t regret and I will definitely be looking to her for my next big event. Turlock, CA
